Hair Candy Hair Extensions is a luxury hair extensions salon with locations at Hope Island, East Brisbane and Varsity. They are after a senior hairdresser to join a busy, full book salon that specialises in hair transformations. Applicants need a Cert III or higher in Hairdressing and at least 4 years of experience, along with a focus on quality service and results. Pay is above award at $30 to $40 per hour plus commission, with uncapped bonuses that many stylists say add an extra $600 to $2000 a month. A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered to senior stylists after probation. Extras include a $1000 annual hair extension allowance, free quarterly hair days and free onsite parking. The shop provides full ongoing training in all extension methods, colour correction, balayage and advanced techniques, plus quarterly paid training days and guest artist sessions.
